Corporal Jamie Seaborn with the Jonesboro Police Department will be our speaker for NEASHRM's May state of meetings. Corporal Jamie Seaborn. He has been in law enforcement since 2010. Jamie has worked in patrol, warrants, and DARE. He is a certified child safety seat instructor, Hostage/Crisis Negotiator, and C.R.A.S.E. instructor for the Jonesboro Police department.
