Jennifer Francomano | President:

Jennifer Francomano is currently a Recruiter for Service Specialists, LLC, and joined NEASHRM in 2022 as the VP of Workforce Development. Prior to her work with Service Specialists, Jennifer was the VP of Mission Services at Goodwill Industries of Arkansas. Jennifer can also be credited with contributions to The HUB Resource Center in Jonesboro, Stepping Stone Sanctuary in Trumann, Bay School District, and the City of Bay. She holds a Masters degree in Business Technology from Arkansas State University and an Executive Masters degree in Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service. Jennifer currently resides in Lake City with her dog, Ollie. You can find Jennifer kayaking Spring River when she is not busy working.
