September Chapter Meeting

Tammy Wheaton, Vice President of Mission Services at Goodwill Industries, will present on workforce readiness.

Tammy Wheaton, Vice President of Mission Services for Goodwill Industries of Arkansas, drives the aggressive and successful growth of the organization's outreach to employers and job seekers through leadership and coordinated direction to the Mission Services Leadership team. Wheaton leads the strategic and operational oversight of the Career Services program, the Transitional Employment Opportunity program, Goodwill's 16-week job training program for individuals returning to society after incarceration, and The Academy, Goodwill's licensed private trade school. Wheaton has over 15 years of workforce development experience focusing on employment and training initiatives.
